Public Hearing on Proposed Zoning Amendments to the Brewster Zoning Bylaw, Chapter 179, Related to the Proposed Bay Property Overlay District: The Planning Board will consider proposed amendments to the Brewster Zoning Bylaw, Chapter 179, and accept public comment thereon related to the establishment of the Bay Property Overlay District for the former Cape Cod Sea Camps property along Cape Cod Bay and including a portion of the town-owned Spruce Hill Property directly adjacent to the Bay Property. Proposed amendments involve the following sections of the Brewster Zoning Bylaw: Article 1 General Provisions; Article XII Site Plan Review; Article XV Proposed Bay Property Overlay District; and Table 1 Use Regulations. Copies of the proposed amendments are available in the Town Clerk’s Office, the Planning Department, and on the Planning Department’s webpage: https://www.brewster-ma.gov/planning-board-and-planning-department. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Board in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to brewplan@brewster-ma.gov. At the hearing, the Planning Board may vote to make recommendations to Town Meeting on said proposed amendments, either as currently drafted or as might be further amended by the Planning Board during the hearing.
