Continued review and discussion on the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) provisions of the zoning bylaw including review and discussion of potential amendments. The Planning Board may consider and potentially vote to submit draft amendments to said ADU provisions to the Select Board per Section 5 of the State Zoning Act, Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A.
