  • Major Stormwater Management Permit Case No. SWMP2024-12: Applicant: Noah Ehrenpreis has submitted a major stormwater permit application for property located at Hob Nob Road and shown on Tax Map 100, Parcel 135, pursuant to Brewster Town Code Chapter 272 and its accompanying Regulations. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to approve the major stormwater permit, as well as any waivers from said Regulations deemed necessary and applicable.

  • Site Plan Approval Modification Case No. 2016-20 MOD1: Applicant: Scandinative Cape Cod LLC, Suzanne Corcoran Early, Manager, dba Scandinative Spa (previously The Beach House Spa), has applied to modify Site Plan Review Decision #2016-20 under Brewster Zoning Bylaw Article XII for a “personal service establishment” use, specifically a day spa, at 2740 Main Street shown on Tax Map 90, Parcel 207 within the Village Business (V-B) Zoning District. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the Site Plan Approval Modification.
