    Case No. PB2025-09: Robert & Leslie Petrichko and Ryan & Sydney Mickiewicz seek endorsement of an Approval Not Required Plan for property involving 53 Brier Lane, shown on Tax Map 48 Parcel 5, and 20 Doran Dive, shown on Tax Map 48 Parcel 4, within the Residential Medium Density (R-M) Zoning District. The plan is pursuant to MGL c. 41 §81L and §81P and §290-4 of the Brewster Subdivision Rules and Regulations. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to endorse the Approval Not Required Plan.

    The Town of Brewster is evaluating ways to encourage alternatives to single-family homes, through zoning, including mixed-use buildings and multi-family dwellings. Barrett Planning Group has conducted a zoning analysis and will present their findings and recommendations at this final community meeting.
