The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the requested approvals.

Case No. PB2025-08: Owners/Applicants My Three Sons Realty LLC, Timothy Holmes, Manager, and Thomas & Florence Holmes have submitted a definitive subdivision plan for property located at 169 Crowell’s Bog Road and 0 Crowell’s Bog Road, shown on Tax Map 61 Parcels 10 and 11, within the Residential Rural (R-R) and Residential Low Density (R-L) Zoning Districts. The plan is pursuant to MGL c. 41 §81 K-GG, inclusive, and Chapter 290 of the Brewster Code, the Subdivision Rules and Regulations. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to approve the definitive subdivision plan and waivers requested.
