The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to approve the major stormwater permit, as well as any waivers from said Regulations deemed necessary and applicable. Public Hearing: Case No. PB2025-13: Owner/Applicant North Conway LLC, Donald Dunham and Berthold deMartin, Managers, has applied for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review under Brewster Zoning Bylaw Article IX, Article X, and Article XII, for a Building and Construction Trades Shop or Garage use, (1) accessory commercial dwelling unit, and (1) security dwelling at 67 Thad Ellis Road, shown on Tax Map 89 Parcel 33, located within the Commercial High Density (C-H) Zoning District. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the requested approvals.
Stormwater Management Report Submissions Addendum. The Planning Board will discuss and may vote to adopt an addendum to the stormwater permit application submission requirements.
